Look! A Frog Has Laid Its Eggs This book vividly shows in water-color paintings how a frog lays its eggs, how those eggs grow into tadpoles, and how the tadpoles develop into frogs, etc.; furthermore, it depicts the environment that a frog is surrounded with, which includes its foods and potential enemies. The pictures of insects, birds and animals are expected to arouse the curiosity of young children. At the end of the book there is a section for various interesting questions and answers: for instance, \"Does a frog have teeth?\" or \"Does a frog drink water?\" 3. > Rhythmic Writing \"Where did so many frog eggs come from?\" Do not be at a loss at this question of your child upon seeing the first page of the book. Read the page slowly and carefully. Thanks to the writing which reads as if you were talking to your child to explain the picture in the page, you would feel at ease to impart to your child what is written there. > Child-Friendly Pictures Natural and warm, artist Taesoo Yi's pictures help children look at nature with affection and wonder. > Careful and Detailed Observation Everybody who has ever observed the tadpoles carefully must have seen that while the hind legs come out slowly the front legs appear all at once. In Look, Frogs Laid Eggs there is a picture of a frog with only one front leg, waiting the other leg to come out. Careful and detailed observation and close reading of the book will reward you with a great amount of useful information.
