저희 반디북유에스는 제품이나 서비스제공에 필요한 정보만을 저희직원들에게 제한적으로 사용합니다.
또한 고객정보는 고객의 동의없이는 제3자에게 임대, 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다.
저희는 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 마련된 연방정부의 제반규정을 준수하기위해 각종 안전장치들을 마련하고 있습니다. -

- 2. 배송 및 반품(Shipping & Return Policy

고객의 주문은 주문일자로부터 통상 7영업일내(명절, 출판사 사정에 의한 경우 제외)에 수령할수 있으며, 발송시 배송정보를 고객계정 및 이메일로 알려드립니다.
배송은 고객이 제공한 주소로 발송되며, 수령시까지의 위험부담은 저희 회사에서 책임지고 있습니다. 다만, 제공된 주소의 불명확, 오류등으로 배송이 이루어지지 않은 경우는 고객의 비용으로 수정됩니다.
반품은 수령한 일자로부터 7일 이내에 반송된경우 배송비를 제외한 제품가격 전액을 환불해 드립니다.
환불은 원칙적으로 저희 반디북의 적립금으로 처리됩니다. 또는 고객이 환불방법을 사전에 통지한 경우, 주문시 사용한 고객신용카드로 환불됩니다. -
Client’s order will be received in 7 business days in ordinary case (except holidays and publisher’s unusual delay etc.) Shipping information will be provided by website and customer’s email account.
Shipping address will be made by customer’s information and we take all responsibility for the delivery. Missing delivery due to wrong shipping information can be corrected by customer’s expenses.
Returns for a full refund of the product price are accepted only when the returned item was shipped within 7 days of receipt of the original package by the customer Refunds are issued in two different forms. One is a refund back to the credit card entered at the point the original order was placed. The other is a refund as a Bandibookus.com coupon that can be used when placing an order. Please specify which form of refund you would like us to issue.
