한민족의 오랜 전통이자 고유신앙인 증산도의 최고 지도자다. 지난 1970년대 이래 부친인 안운산 태상종도사를 보필해 증산도 부흥을 이끌었다.
안경전 종도사는 이와 함께 ‘뿌리를 받들고 근원으로 돌아가자’는 증산도의 종지에 따라 한민족과 인류의 시원사 및 원형문화를 밝히는 일에도 열정을 쏟아왔다. 2012년 펴낸 환단고기 역주본은 그런 30년 작업의 완결판이다. 이 역주본 발간을 계기로 안경전 종도사는 우리 역사 광복 사업과 활동을 적극 추진 중이다.
Master Ahn Gyeong-jeon, the Jongdosanim, is the leader of Jeung San Do, a hallowed tradition and venerable faith of the Korean nation. He has led the revival of the Jeung San Do faith alongside his father, Grand Master Ahn Un-san, the Taesang Jongdosanim, since the 1970s.
In accordance with the precept of ‘returning to the origin’ that is a core teaching of Jeung San Do, the Jongdosanim has devoted much effort into illuminating the foundational history of both the Korean nation and humankind. The translated version of , published in 2012, represents the culmination of such research. The publication of has, in turn, provided the Jongdosanim with an impetus toward greater active efforts to achieve the restoration of Korean history.
