출판사 리뷰

국제항공법ㆍ우주법은 기술적 색채가 농후한 법 분야이기 때문에 ‘세계통일법’의 형성에 지름길이 될 수 있다. 이에 기여하고자 저자는 자신이 국내외학술지에 게재한 국제항공법ㆍ우주법 분야의 논문은 98편의 논문들 가운데 중요한 논문만을 보완ㆍ발췌 요약하여 2005년도에 『최신국제항공법학론 (2005년)』을 저술한 바 있다.다. 이 책은 국내 및 국외의 유명학술지 및 학술서적(미국, 영국, 캐나다, 독일, 일본, 네덜란드, 싱가포르, 필리핀 및 마카오 등)에 저자가 영어와 일본어로 게재한 국제항공법ㆍ우주법 분야의 논문 중 주요한 논문만을 일부 발췌ㆍ보완하여 담은 것이다.
